The main reported problem entails missing parts in some packages and a bad customer service from Simpson (but great from Amazon).
The Sun Joe SPX3000 is a solid quality electric pressure washer for a classical home use. Very easy to use, offers a lot of power and versatility thanks to the five different spray nozzles. Its only problem is the leakage reported by some users.
The AR Blue Clean AR383 is a solid quality electric pressure washer for a classical home use. It is easy to move around and use, has enough power and an adjustable spray tip is used. Users are also very pleased with the AR Blue customer service.
