The Fiskars Power-Lever Pruner is a solid quality manual pole saw – it’s lightweight, features both a saw blade and a lopper, has a nice reach and is also fairly cheap.

The Silky Hayauchi is our most recommended manual pole saw currently on the market – its main advantages are a great blade, low weight, and extra long reach, about 24 feet! On the other hand, it isn’t cheap.

The Remington RM1015P Branch Wizard Plus is a solid quality electric pole chainsaw – easy to use, with enough power and also a detachable saw. On the other hand, it’s quite top-heavy and users mention also some quality issues.

The Earthwise CVPS41008 is an inexpensive electric pole chain saw for smaller cutting tasks (limbs up to 6 inches). It’s lightweight and you can also remove the chainsaw and use it separately.

The Husqvarna 327PT5S is our most recommended commercial grade gas powered pole pruner – very powerful, starts easily and has a long reach. On the other hand, the price tag is higher of course.

The Remington RM2599 is an inexpensive gas powered pole chainsaw – it has decent power and you can even connect various extensions from other brands. On the other hand, the bar is only 8″ long which isn’t much for a gas machine.

The SunJoe SWJ800E is a quality electric pole chain saw – lightweight, inexpensive, very easy to handle and with enough power, the automatic oiler helps as well. Great for an occasional homeowner use.

The Husqvarna 128LDX with pole chainsaw attachment is our most recommended gas powered pole pruner – not overly expensive, with enough power and easy to operate. Ideal for moderate homeowner use.

The GreenWorks 20672 is a high quality cordless pole chain saw – easy to use, nicely balanced, with solid power and good battery time. Great for occasional use on your yard.

The Remington RM1025SPS Ranger is our most recommended electric pole chain saw – powerful, easy to use and with detachable saw so you can use it without the pole as well. Only the motor is located on the top so it’s quite heavy on the upper side.
